Identify which shipment is being tracked

RecordWhat it relates to
Domestic seller deliveryGoods travelling from their source to the warehouse.
Stored-item entryThe item/order after arrival, before an international parcel is defined.
International parcelThe selected group travelling towards your destination.
Old shared haul referenceSomebody else's shipment, not the current state of your purchase.

An item arriving at the warehouse does not itself mean your international parcel has been dispatched. Warehouse context helps identify the stored goods before parcel preparation.

Keep the number and update together

Read the carrier or service context shown with the number. Compare the latest visible event time and the last refresh where available. A newly entered number without an active event and a parcel with an older event need different questions.

Read a carrier's event in the context of that shipment. A movement update concerns the parcel's transport; a warehouse item status concerns the stored goods. Keep the record type beside the wording before comparing two updates.

Ask about the part that is unclear

Keep the parcel/order reference, tracking number, exact event text, date and destination context. If two numbers are shown, identify which one you used. If the request concerns delivery or pickup, include the instruction attached to that actual record.

For a customs-related question, prepare the relevant parcel information. For a shipping-line condition, read the selected route.

Use the appropriate support route

Kakobuy's flow describes tracking through the account's parcel area after shipment. Use the account/parcel support route for a shipment-specific investigation. Guide Help is for this website's information and navigation; it does not supply live logistics data or a guaranteed delivery date.
