Site requests and analytics
Page requests can involve technical information such as the requested address, browser and network address in ordinary hosting logs. The site also uses Matomo to understand page views and navigation.
Our Matomo installation sends page and browser/request information and a site-domain dimension. It is configured without analytics cookies. The navigation menu itself does not store an account or remember purchase information. This description does not mean that every external service or browser component uses no storage.
Contact information you choose to share
The Telegram and WhatsApp links open external services. Messages and profile information you send through those services are handled through their own systems and policies as well as the recipient's contact workflow.
For a guide question, include the relevant page and issue. Avoid sending passwords, payment secrets, recovery codes or unnecessary order/customer data. Guide Help explains which requests this website can handle.
Shopping and other external links
The general catalog link and contact services are separate websites. Their accounts, purchases, tracking and data practices are not controlled by this guide interface. Opening a link can share normal request/referrer information with the destination.
