Identify what is missing
| Situation | Useful next question |
|---|---|
| No chart supplied | Which measurements are available for this selected option? |
| Chart exists as a small image | Can the image be opened at a readable size with its headings visible? |
| Chart belongs to another version | Is there a chart or measurement description for this version? |
| Numbers have no methods | Do they describe body range, flat garment width or another route? |
Look through the product's available information before assuming the chart is absent. A spreadsheet may omit a chart that is available with the actual option.
Choose the field that matters to the fit
For a tee, chest width and body length can answer different concerns. For pants, waist and inseam should not be collapsed into “runs small.” For shoes, ask which length definition the option uses.
Use the clothing fields or shoe fields to name the route. A precise question helps the person supplying the measurement understand what to show.
Use fit notes for context, not as a substitute chart
Read the writer's purchased size and reference before using a TTS or size-up comment. If neither is supplied, the comment cannot tell you which missing measurement to assume. TTS guidance explains what makes a note comparable.
Once your own item is stored at Kakobuy, a measurement photo may help if that request is available for the item. QC tape guidance shows how the photo needs to capture the endpoints.
If the requested field remains unavailable, decide whether to choose another option with a usable chart or proceed with that particular fit question still unresolved.
