Search faster with a few useful words
Use the sheet's Find function when available. Start with the product type—“zip hoodie,” for example—then try “zip-up” or simply “hoodie” if the first phrase has no match. A short caption may use different wording from the product title.
Check the tabs before repeating a search. Shoes, clothing and haul notes may sit on separate tabs, and Find in your current view may search only the one open. On a phone, swipe along the tab bar or open the tab selector if your viewer provides one.
For ideas, Browse Categories and choose a department first. For an item you can picture but cannot name, Find Better Search Words to narrow the shape, cut or fastening.
Keep the row together
A photo becomes much more useful beside its product link, chosen option and fit note. Read across the same row before opening another find.
Example
Zip hoodie · Grey · M · “Roomy through the body” · QC link
This entry gives you four things to follow. Open the product to see the available options. Keep Grey and M attached to the shopper's fit comment. Open the QC album to look at the pictured hoodie. Then compare the note with the measurements or fit you want.
| Part of the row | Use it to answer |
|---|---|
| Product link | Which product and colour/size options can I choose? |
| Fit note | What size did the shopper buy, and where did it feel roomy, short or narrow? |
| QC link | Which option is pictured, and are labels or measurements visible? |
| Price | Which currency and option does the amount refer to? What shipping still needs budgeting? |
Expand a cut-off note or image cell where the viewer allows it. The text hidden beyond the column edge may contain the size reference you need. If you open only the picture, come back to the row before judging whether it is the version you want.
Skip duplicates that add nothing
Compare the product links and options when the same picture keeps appearing. A second entry earns your attention if it adds a different size measurement, a clearer QC view or an after-wear comment. The same link, picture and sentence can be skipped.
A high score is less useful than a note that answers your question. “9/10” leaves the scorer's priorities unclear; “M fits roomy in the chest, sleeves finish at my wrists” gives you a fit detail to investigate. Look for the shopper's reference size or measurements to make that detail comparable.
Choose a Useful Spreadsheet for notes worth reading, or Compare Repeated Finds when two entries disagree about the same product.
Keep your place on mobile
Before scrolling sideways, note the product name and tab. They give you a way back when a photo viewer or browser tab resets your position.
- Find the row and read the product name.
- Move across to the size note and QC link without changing rows.
- Open the photo large enough to read its labels.
- Return to the same named entry before opening another option.
Use frozen headers if available; otherwise return to the headings when a number could be a price, weight or size. Landscape view can make a wide row easier to follow without shrinking all the text.
Read Spreadsheets on Your Phone for hidden tabs, cropped images and wide rows.
Take the right details into your Kakobuy order
Kakobuy's buying flow supports product-link, image and product-name searches. Carry the product you chose into that step, then select its offered colour, size and version. Some sources use a manually completed purchase form, so keep the row's product details nearby.
Use Check QC to read the linked album and Find Your Size to resolve conflicting fit notes. When you have chosen the option, follow From a Spreadsheet to an Order for the purchase steps.
